\With four homebrews on tap, we are capable of serving you up to 22 flavor varieties by simply mixing the beer fresh from the tap. This is a common practice used by larger brewers to extend their product line. It is practiced in our brewery because each one of our four homebrews is directly served from its own Aging Tank to supply with with several different flavors. You can't get beer fresher than that!
The Edelweiss Beer is all brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 (the oldest food law on the planet). Still practiced in its original form in Bavaria, Germany and Alpine, Texas. T he Purity Law allows only natural ingredients such as malt (made from barley, rye or wheat-grain), hops, water and yeast.

It is a little cloudy because it is unfiltered to keep the natural flavor, aroma and full body alive. Approximately 4.5% alcohol by volume, it goes very well with light food and chicken.
